Savidor Transportation Hub

A contemporary urban transportation hub for movement, access, and transformation.

The new Savidor Hub will be a multi-modal transit center that integrates metro, light rail, national rail, and bus systems — converting a key site at the edge of Tel Aviv’s business core into a mixed-use, high-intensity urban destination.

Led by HQ Architects in collaboration with an international design consortium, the project is part of a broader program for NTA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd., which includes the design of seven strategic hubs across the Gush Dan region. These hubs will shape the Tel Aviv metropolitan area’s mobility landscape for decades to come, pairing infrastructure with long-term urban development. Strategically sited alongside the Ayalon Highway and adjacent to Israel’s primary commercial districts, the Savidor Hub leverages its location and scale to create new spatial and economic connections. The project bridges both sides of the Ayalon River, uniting separate business centers through a continuous, accessible transit spine. The hub will include the Metro M1 line, two light-rail lines, national rail services, and a 17,500 sq.m. bus terminal. Beyond transportation, the development introduces a mixed-use framework — integrating business functions, public amenities, and urban vitality into a singular civic gesture. The result is a future-facing district where infrastructure catalyzes transformation and movement becomes a force for place-making.
