Via Tower introduces a vertical, mixed-use program in central Kfar Saba — combining commerce, offices, and public space to create a new urban focal point near the city’s key transit connections.
Strategically located between two highways and within walking distance of the bus terminal and train station, the project includes a commercial ground floor and 20 office levels above. The first floor is extended to maximize commercial frontage and accommodate outdoor restaurant seating, creating a shaded and inviting public realm. A key objective was speed: the project was completed within 1.5 years. To achieve this, planning and technical coordination began early with the future building operator. This integration streamlined design approvals and accelerated decision-making across all project phases. The office floors follow a clean, rational layout for efficient construction and flexible future use. A “climbing casting frame” system was employed to separate core and floor construction, allowing for rapid vertical progression — reaching three floors every two weeks. Via Tower demonstrates how design, construction strategy, and technical collaboration can converge to deliver both speed and quality — creating a new landmark for the city’s evolving center.
