The Ben Zvi Transportation Hub will be one of Israel’s largest multi-modal centers — transforming the Holon-Tel Aviv junction into a high-intensity urban node that blends infrastructure with civic ambition.
Designed by HQ Architects as part of an international consortium for NTA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd., the hub is one of seven strategic mobility centers that will redefine transit across the Gush Dan region. Ben Zvi is uniquely positioned to support large-scale metropolitan functions — including stadiums, conference centers, and event venues — while serving as a critical connector between cities. The 30,000 sq.m. bus terminal will integrate with metro, light rail, and national rail systems, consolidating movement across multiple scales. But the project goes beyond transit: non-transport programs are embedded to activate the site, generate value, and support long-term urban transformation. The design emphasizes pedestrian connectivity and accessibility, creating a public-facing, walkable environment that invites use beyond travel. As a gateway between Holon and Tel Aviv, the hub becomes both infrastructure and destination — a new center of gravity where movement, development, and public life converge.
