Gordon is a block located southeast of Herzliya, bordering the city center from the northwest side and to 'Herzliya Hatz'ira' from the south and to Ta`as from the southeast side. The borders of the complex are defined by Arlozorov Streets, Jerusalem Street and Beitar Street.The area within the plan contains 27 apartment buildings that were built in the 1960s, some of which are 2-3 stories high including 120 residential units and a public center, 2 synagogues and a scout center.The plan outlines urban renewal by constructing new residential buildings of 6-9 floors and allocates areas in favor of institutions for public needs, along with defining a neighborly green center with an extensive addition of open public spaces, strengthening and redefining the road network and the connections to the neighborhood.
